The firm was established in 2023 in Los Angeles by business strategist Rani Narula-Woods. Chief Executive Officer Rani Narula-Woods is an internationally recognized business leader in public-sector contracting and P4 financing. The firms' advisory services have been leveraged by executive leadership in the United States 10 most populous cities. Advisory services to government leaders have been coupled with comprehensive strategic sourcing guidance. In 2025, creative financing models have been prioritized by public, private, and philanthropic clients.
Rani’s rare ability to connect with others, identify unique solutions to complex problems and her desire to excel at everything she tackles quickly propelled her into various leadership positions heading high-stakes projects over the past 20 years.
She previously served as LA Metro’s first Strategic Initiatives Superintendent, Outreach Director to the City of Los Angeles and the founder of the nation’s largest publicly operated rideshare program. Rani also opened the West Coast Operations of the Shared-Use Mobility Center, led National Campaigns for the NALEO Educational Fund, and drove public affairs strategy for industry-wide collaboration at Warner Bros. Entertainment Group.
Today, Rani serves as an Executive in Residence at the Los Angeles Cleantech Incubator. In this role, she develops curriculum for founders at each stage of the business cycle from ideation and pre-seed strategy.
